Rolf Pfründer is a graduate of the University of Lucerne and of the Swiss Banking School. Before joining GHP Arbitrium, he spent seven years as team leader for SME and industrial financing at the Luzerner Kantonalbank. In addition to his work at GHP Arbitrium, Rolf Pfründer was also the CFO of a German industrial holding company until 2008.

André Hämmerli was born in Japan and is specialised in Far-Eastern culture and economics.

As an investment adviser and securities manager, Mr Frei joined Wydler Finanz AG, where he worked for more than ten years before the company merged with GHP Arbitrium in 2010.
